Aventador
The LP 750-4 adds 49 horsepower to the base Aventador's V12 engine (total:740). Also known as the SV or Superveloce, the package includes a weight-loss of about 100 pounds to make this a real screamer. The boring 691 horsepower LP 700-4 is still available (yawn!).
Huracán
The Huracán now offers a convertible, the Huracán Spyder. It avoids the trend towards origami aluminum folding tops and is topped with traditional cloth materials. Flying buttresses behind the two seats integrate the roll-over protection structure, eliminating the need for a fancy pyrotechnic or hydraulic automatic deploying system. The top is power-activated, disappearing under a hinged cover in the rear in front of the engine. It is not remotely activated. Weight is only up by 22 pounds over the Coupe. The engine bay is now lighter by dozens of LEDs, visible when the transparent engine cover is ordered. Cupholders are now included. A cruise control is newly optional. A rear-wheel-drive model may be coming.
