Challenger
A few retro colors are being added, including "Plum Crazy." Dodge will increase production of the 707 horsepower Hellcat engine for the Challenger SRT.
Charger
Chargers will also get more Hellcat engines and crazy colors from the past. Cop Chargers get a 12.1 cop touchscreen to go with their cop brakes, cop motor and cop suspension.
Dart
Durango
Engine Start/Stop is added to V6 models for improved fuel mileage. The 3.6 Pentastar V6 engine adds variable valve lift to its variable valve timing. Variable valve timing improves engine breathing by changing when the valves open and close depending on engine speed. Variable valve lift can change how much the valves open, improving power and fuel mileage. Horsepower is up at least 5 (final figures pending). A new Sport mode can be activated, stiffening the steering, livening the throttle response and making shift responses quicker and holding gears longer. New wheels and new colors help refresh the Durango's appearance for 2016.
Grand Caravan
Journey
A simplified lineup eliminates AVP (base model) and Limited, still leaving SE, SXT, Crossroad, Crossroad Plus and R/T. Journey SE lowers in price by $2600 to take AVP's place.
Viper
The new Viper ACR introduces 15.4 inch front and 14.2 inch rear carbon ceramic brakes, a racing suspension with 10-way manual adjustable shocks, race tires, and optional special aero parts for cornering at up to 1.5 G's. Stripped down and equipped with special light parts keeps weight down. The parts are also optional on the GTS.
